Full Time (40 Hours) Senior Sales Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team at Bicester Village.

You will represent the brand, deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales and support the team on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

Provide a warm, personalised experience and go above and beyond for customers. Represent the Holland Cooper brand at all times. Build client relationships and offer confident styling advice. Work towards individual and store sales targets. Lead by example and support colleagues and new starters. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising.

Assist on the tills, processing transactions accuratley.

Qualifications

Previous retail sales experience, ideally in fashion or premium retail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A passion for fashion and achieving sales targets.
