Jobs Available and Pay Scales (Per Hour): Pusher/Crew Foreman: $23-$28 / hour Roustabout / Labor: $18-$23/hour Pipeline / Civil Construction Equipment Operators: $25-$30/hour ????Qualifications: Must pass a NON-Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination and functional screen Knowledge of methods, materials, tools and techniques used in the repair and maintenance of a variety of automotive and mechanical equipment is required Confer with management teams to provide specialized solutions and equipment to meet customer requirements Recommend improvement to existing or planned processes and equipment design Keeps equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules Enhances maintenance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests Completion of maintenance inspections and checklists Assemble, disassemble, inspect, repair and install components on vehicles - including engines and powertrain Work may include all vehicle components or systems including engines, transmissions, differentials, brakes, electrical, HVAC, cooling, interiors, cabs, frames Work may require following prints, sketches, or written or verbal assembly instructions ????5 Inventory Clerk / Driver ????Pay Rate $18 ???? ????We are looking for physically fit candidates with good attention to detail for the position of Inventory Clerk & Driver. The primary duties of Inventory Clerk & driver will be to receive, ????Store, and issue hand tools, machine tools, dies, replacement parts, shop supplies and equipment in construction. This candidate will also drive to vendors to load and to ???? ????construction locations to deliver job materials. ???? Must pass a NON-DOT physical examination, functional and drug screening. Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and protocols. The ability to drive a company vehicle safely and responsibly. Read and interpret written instructions, technical documents and manuals to facilitate material handling and inventory control. Prepare periodic inventory and/or maintain perpetual inventory of tools & equipment both manually and on computer. Perform periodic inventory and ensure all stocked items are properly stored in assigned locations. Able to work independently or in a team. Strong communication skills & good driving record. Problem Solving skills Ability to work 10-hour shifts, with breaks and lunch. Ability to lift at minimum 50lbs Pipeline Supervisor = $26.00 - $35.00 Strong understanding of pipeline systems, construction, maintenance, and relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, API). Proven experience in leading and managing teams, including delegating tasks, providing feedback, and fostering teamwork. Ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to pipeline operations and maintenance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders. Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards, including OSHA, DOT, and EPA. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure. A strong commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential hazards Pipeline Operator = $24.00 - $29.00 Minimum 3 Years Experience with Motor Grader, Dozer, Ditching Machine, Track Hoe, Backhoe, and Side Boom. Pipeline Operator spotter = $17.00 - $19.00 Minimum 2 Years Experience Prior experience in pipeline construction or utility work is often preferred. Familiarity with heavy equipment operations is a plus. OSHA 10 or 30-hour Construction Safety Certification. Operator Qualification (OQ) under PHMSA guidelines if the task is considered a “covered task.” First Aid/CPR certification may be required. Pipeline Foreman = $20.00 - $24.00 Have leadership skills Have pipeline skills Know how to plat out valve cites Experience in spacing out and stringing pipes Know how to Read PNID's & Iso prints for pipeline construction Knowledge applying Denso, Powercrete/ STOPAQ Know how to operate air compressor & centrifical pumps Experience in assisting Hydrostatic Testing
