Charge Nurse RN

We are looking for caring & compassionate resident minded individuals to join our team. Charge / Wound Care Nurse Opportunity Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)! Wound Care Certification Not Required, but Would Be Preferred.

As a charge nurse (RN), you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training/supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being. You will: Train staff and assist the director of nursing Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans Know and follow infection control and safety procedures Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.

Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per nurse scope of practice and state regulations You Currently: Possess a current registered nurse license in good standing Typical candidates have 1-year of providing supervision in healthcare.
