Compensation/Benefits For Permanent FT Staff: Competitive salary based on experience. Base Salary plus Commission Paid Time Off (PTO). Qualified applicants must meet the following requirements: Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers by providing top-notch customer service. Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers. Up-sell and sell additional products/services to existing clients.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Documents all customer interactions and history in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database on a daily basis. Prospecting and/or qualifying new leads to assist with sales campaign activities Occasional cold-calling to help promote Arbor Care products Preferred Education Associates Degree preferred from an accredited college or university in Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Science, Business or a related field Additional Information This position may have exposure to inclement weather, insects and pesticides (safety training provided) Pre-employment drug-screen and background check required Arbor Care is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
