Job description
The Dispatch/Service Department Specialist works in cooperation and partnership with the entire Service Department Team toward the single purpose of delivering exceptional service to our customers. The D/SDS (Dispatch/Service Department Specialist) will address and successfully resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints with the highest degree of professionalism, integrity and respect.
The D/SDS will engage with members of the service department team as well as any member of the Temp-Con organization to support our mission of delivering exceptional HVAC and refrigeration sales and service. The D/SDS will assist and support all facets of day-to-day operations of the service department.
