Position Summary
The VDC/BIM Manager is responsible for supporting and advancing Temp-Con's BIM and VDC efforts through collaborative project execution, database management, and technical leadership. This role partners closely with BIM, Project, Fabrication, Preassembly, and Field Teams to ensure high-quality, constructible models that align with project objectives.
This position includes oversight of ITM (.itm) and RFA (.rfa) content creation and fabrication database accuracy, as well as direct involvement in project modeling and coordination. The ideal candidate brings a strong mechanical background and a team-focused approach to leadership, development, and innovation.
