Surgical Scheduler

General Surgery is looking for a full-time Surgical Scheduler to join their team! The hours are: Monday-Friday 8:30am -5:00pm.

Responsibilities

Prepares and maintains surgical schedule for procedures and work with the providers to ensure proper time allocations and smooth transitions of work flow. Answers telephone; schedule appointments, screens calls, takes messages and provides information in accordance with established policies. Schedules patients for surgical procedures and obtains all necessary information upon arrival of patient.

Compensation

$18.50 - $24 per hour CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Previous clerical experience in a medical practice preferred. Strong computer skills. Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures preferred.
