Sales Advisor (Training Services)

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Sales Advisor (Training Services) to engage with prospective trainees, understand their needs, and guide them towards training programmes that support their professional development.

Responsibilities

• Call potential trainees to introduce our training programmes and understand their needs.
• Email prospective and existing customers with course details and answer enquiries.
• Keep up to date information in our CRM.
• Follow up on enquiries, leads and pending registrations.
• Support trainees through the registration process.
• Work with the team to achieve enrolment goals.

Requirements

• A friendly, confident telephone manner and clear email communication.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach and consistent follow-up.
• Confidence using email, CRM systems and everyday office software.
• Experience in sales or customer service would be an advantage.
