Key Responsibilities

Lead marketing and sales initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth Manage social media presence and digital engagement strategies Oversee collections and accounts receivable processes Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects Lead property operations and resident satisfaction initiatives Utilize Yardi or One.

Site property management software for daily operations Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies Required Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing Proven expertise in marketing and sales within residential property management Strong proficiency with Yardi or One.
