Solution Engineer

Job Title Solution Engineer Summary of the Role Support new/existing customers in the integration of Amadeus products or solutions. In this role you will / Your main responsibilities Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.

Analyse customer systems and service requirements. Identify specific actions necessary to integrate Amadeus products/services. Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule. Determine and document adaptations to Amadeus products and services. Write functional specifications used for customisation and/or verify that specifications reflect customer requirements.

Guarantee that customised products/solutions meet specified requirements. Perform the necessary tests on the customized solution before it is delivered to the customer. Provide functional support and problem resolution to sales and/or customer functional staff. Support project activities during the implementation. About the Ideal Candidate Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English Willing to work flexible hours to support customers worldwide Experience in the travel industry, GDS, and implementation processes is required Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Key skills: Problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability Technical skills: Basic understanding of development environments and tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Azure, Qlik Sense, IP addresses, and domains What we can offer you A critical mission and purpose
