Workforce Management (Contract) (SPX Express)

Design, build, and maintain optimized employee shift rosters, break schedules, and overtime plans using WFM software. Ensure schedule coverage meets operational demands while complying with labor laws, company policies, and shrinkage targets. Manage and audit employee attendance records, shift swaps, leave requests, time-offs, and overtime logs within the WFM platform.

Track and report attendance discrepancies, tardiness, and unauthorized leave to ensure accurate payroll input and schedule adherence. Bachelor's degree or above in any field; relevant fields such as Business, Economics, or related disciplines are a plus. Open to new graduates or candidates with 1+ year of experience, preferably in data analysis, operations, workforce planning, or related areas.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Google Sheets, data visualization, or other analytical tools is a plus. Logical and structured thinking, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large or complex datasets.

Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proactive mindset and willingness to learn, with an interest in using data and technology to improve operational efficiency.
