- None Job Purpose To set up, operate, and maintain machinery in a production environment.
Responsibilities
and Accountabilities
- Machine Setup and Operation: § Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle. § Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed). § Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.
- Quality Control: § Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools. § Test operation of machines periodically. § Fix issues that might occur during the shift. § Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and quality standards.
- Maintenance: § Perform regular maintenance to ensure machines are functioning correctly. § Clean and maintain equipment and work area. § Report any malfunctions or abnormalities to supervisors.
- Safety and Compliance: § Adhere to health and safety regulations (e.g., constant use of protective gear). § Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Documentation: § Maintain activity logs. § Record production and operational data. § Any other duties assigned Relationships and working contacts

- External customers Requirements Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is a must 1-3 years’ similar experience Ability to communicate effectively Good communication skills Able to develop self & others Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Adaptability ease
