Must live in MD, VA, DC, NC, FL, TX, MO, MS, OH, TN, AL, GA, WV, AR, IN, ID or OK Responsibilities: Manage complex billing, coding, insurance inquiries, and appeals. Coordinate with payers, care coordinators, and clients. Resolve denied or underpaid claims. Assess patient insurance coverage and eligibility.

Reverify benefits and document activities Research payer medical policy and update requirements. Work from daily assigned reports to meet goals. Comply with quality monitoring and assurance tasks. Take inbound/outbound patient calls to provide accurate, satisfactory responses to inquiries and support access to services while maintaining confidentiality.

Review and process documentation for patient support program eligibility. Additional tasks and duties as assigned. Qualifications/Background Profile: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 4 years of recent healthcare experience (2 years direct industry preferred). High volume call center experience. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
