What You'll Do

As a Financial Services Officer, you'll play an important role in helping members succeed by providing exceptional service and financial solutions. Member Service Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account services Open and maintain member accounts Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service every day Lending & Financial Solutions Assist with consumer loans, including personal and auto loans Guide members through the loan application process Help members understand products and services that fit their needs Relationship Building Build trusted relationships with members and the Rugby community Recommend solutions that support members' financial goals Create positive experiences that keep members coming back Branch Operations Process transactions accurately and efficiently Follow policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Help maintain a secure and professional branch environment What Success Looks Like Members feel welcomed, valued, and supported Transactions and account services are completed accurately Lending support is efficient and member-focused Strong relationships are built within the Rugby community You become a trusted resource for both members and coworkers What You Bring Customer service, retail, banking, or credit union experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset Willingness to learn financial products and lending services Why Join North Star?
