Head of Lab Technology Platforms

The Head of Lab Technology Platforms will support the strategic and operational advancement of Baylor Genetics’ laboratory technology infrastructure. This role will focus on optimizing bioinformatics pipelines, data systems and LIMS, and facilitating QA, QM activities to ensure scalable, efficient, and compliant genomic computational operations.

The Head will collaborate cross-functionally to implement technology solutions that enhance throughput, reduce turnaround times, and support innovation in clinical diagnostics.
