We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests and ensuring an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Manage restaurant reservations and coordinate table arrangements efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and provide information regarding restaurant services. Manage waiting lists and communicate estimated waiting times clearly. Ensure smooth communication and cooperation with the restaurant team.

Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude. Maintain a well-organized, clean, and welcoming reception area. Support the overall operation of the restaurant during busy service periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar position within a hotel or high-end restaurant environment will be considered an advantage. Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and guest-oriented mindset. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
