This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in fostering the well-being of our community. Position Details Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours calls Pay: $18.00 per hr. $2,500 Sign on Bonus (paid out in increments over the first year of employment) Key Responsibilities Coordinate medical appointments outside the facility with staff and providers. Transport residents safely and comfortably to medical services. Deliver lab samples and courier items as needed between facilities. Maintain vehicle logs, report malfunctions, and ensure readiness for use. Assist with administrative duties such as answering phones, delivering mail, and greeting visitors. Submit billing charges and mileage information to Accounts Receivable. Uphold LSC's mission, vision, and values in daily interactions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a C.N.A license Strong communication skills and proficiency in English. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email). Valid driver’s license with proof of insurability and an acceptable motor vehicle record. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and assist in transferring individuals safely.
