OT Solution Architect

Demonstrated Solution Architecture experience in complex enterprise or industrial environments, including responsibility for end-to-end solution design and architecture governance. Demonstrated experience in the mining, resources or comparable heavy-industry sector, with an understanding of operational environments, site constraints and safety-critical delivery.

Strong OT architecture experience, including several of the following: mining systems, control systems and SCADA, industrial networks, wireless and fixed connectivity, edge infrastructure, IT/OT integration, operational data flows and OT cybersecurity. TOGAF certification and practical knowledge of enterprise and solution architecture methods.

Strong working knowledge of architecture principles, domains, viewpoints, patterns, reference architectures, current-state and target-state modelling, transition roadmaps, requirements, non-functional requirements and architecture decision records. Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality architecture deliverables, including High-Level Designs, options assessments, conceptual and logical architectures, integration and data-flow views, risk and standards assessments, and governance submissions.

Ability to assess solutions against cybersecurity, resilience, availability, performance, supportability, maintainability and business continuity requirements in an operational environment. Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical matters clearly to operational, engineering, delivery and executive stakeholders.

Ability to work across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods, manage ambiguity and meet agreed contracting milestones with limited supervision. Archi. Mate modelling experience is a strong advantage; Archi. Mate certification is a bonus.

Bachelor’s degree

• Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Science, Mathematics or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience. TOGAF Certified
