Monitored Care Registered Nurse/Relief Supervisor (Day Shift)

The Monitored Care Unit Nurse develops and implements a Plan of Care for assigned adult and geriatric patients using the Nursing Process to meet physiological, psychological, spiritual, and emotional needs while assessing the patient's ability to participate in the plan. The nurse performs a comprehensive nursing assessment upon admission, including neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, and genitourinary evaluations.
