HR Generalist - Benefits

Wabash General Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR Generalist – Benefits to join our team. This position plays a key role in administering employee benefits programs, supporting wellness initiatives, assisting with onboarding and orientation, and serving as a resource for employees regarding benefit-related questions and concerns.

The HR Generalist – Benefits works closely with employees, benefit providers, payroll, and hospital leadership to ensure accurate administration of benefits and HR processes while maintaining confidentiality and providing exceptional customer service.
