Job description
Coaches/instructs members in the sport of indoor rock climbing at Apex Park and Recreation District:
- Responsible for instructing climbing classes every week.
- Demonstrates, instructs, and actively supervises participants during lessons, classes, open climbing, and other events.
- Responsible for assisting and supporting the rock wall lead and the recreation coordinator.
- Actively monitors and maintains a safe and secure environment for all participants.
- Accountable for the whereabouts of students at all times.
- Uses appropriate disciplinary techniques with participants and logs all incidents.
