Founding Product Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the founding Product Manager, you will shape core products for an AI-powered creator commerce platform. You will set product direction and work closely with engineering, design, growth, and leadership to turn customer needs into useful features and support collaboration between brands and creators.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Define product vision for creator discovery, CRM, outreach automation, and AI-powered creative tools.
• Build and maintain a data-driven roadmap connected to business goals.
• Speak with brands, creators, agencies, and partners to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
• Turn customer problems into product specs, priorities, and UX requirements.
• Own features from problem definition through development, QA, and launch.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features through rapid iteration.
• Analyze product usage to find trends, bottlenecks, and areas to improve.
• Prepare go-to-market plans and launch materials for new features, and keep teams aligned on priorities and decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of product management experience in consumer apps, B2B, B2C, or fast-paced startups.
• Experience writing product specs and leading cross-functional delivery from problem definition through launch.
• Strong product judgment, clear communication, and comfort making decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Experience building roadmaps, conducting customer research across stakeholder groups, and using product data to guide improvements.
• Familiarity with the creator economy, influencer marketing, AI-driven tools, B2B workflow products, CRM systems, or social commerce is valuable.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS Salary range: $160,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Remote, open to candidates across North America.
