• Year-End Processor We are looking for a seasonal, part-time, office assistant to help with the organization and performance of administrative tasks, as well as make monthly computer accounting entries for clients using QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Job Overview and Scope Assist in preparing taxes for clients Organize office and assist field staff in way that optimize procedures Take messages including appointment cancellations and reschedules Make computer entries of financial information Maintain trusting relationships with clients Maintain and update databases such as mailing lists, contact lists, etc. Retrieve, sort and distribute incoming mail Prepare outgoing mail Perform receptionist duties Perform Check Accounting W-2/ 1099 Processing Duties: Working knowledge of office equipment Thorough understanding of office management procedures Excellent organization and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office Computer aptitude Experience: Background in agriculture
