Delivery Manager

Our team is looking for a Delivery Manager with a substantial background in AI to support high-impact project execution. If you are motivated by complex coordination and emerging technology, this opportunity may be a strong fit Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of projects and confirm that results support strategic objectives Function as the primary liaison connecting internal delivery teams with external suppliers and partners Set delivery direction by preparing plans with achievable timelines, measurable milestones, and balanced resource assignments Track simultaneous project activities, assess developing risks, and put mitigation actions in place when needed Chair recurring status sessions and communicate clear progress summaries to leaders and relevant stakeholders Strengthen client engagement by understanding changing priorities and maintaining alignment on desired results Guide multidisciplinary teams and create a culture of mutual accountability and effective collaboration Revisit and negotiate project parameters, spending limits, and schedules in response to changing circumstances Advance operational improvement by recognizing gaps and implementing stronger processes across projects Enable team performance by addressing obstacles and helping contributors resolve difficult issues Protect delivery quality by monitoring standards from initial planning through final handover Advise on resourcing decisions and recommend suitable team arrangements for project needs Requirements Five or more years of relevant work experience in a technical engineering field A minimum of two years in roles with senior, leadership, management, or ownership responsibility Track record of effectively leading project groups made up of at least five full-time contributors In-depth solution architecture knowledge combined with experience applying Agentic AI approaches Ability to write Python scripts and an understanding of core artificial intelligence technologies Strong background in project governance and delivery leadership across a range of project formats Experience using digital project management approaches to coordinate technology-based initiatives Knowledge of cloud-focused delivery operations and infrastructure-related management practices Background supporting digital marketing delivery, including campaign and initiative coordination English proficiency of B2 level or above for effective written and spoken communication Nice to have Certification connected to product management responsibilities would be beneficial
