Delivery Manager

The position offers an opportunity to apply structured leadership while remaining engaged with evolving technology trends Responsibilities Lead delivery from project initiation through closure, confirming that final results contribute to strategic organizational priorities Function as the key connection between internal delivery functions and outside collaborators during active engagements Shape execution plans by defining practical timelines, measurable milestones, and sensible resource distribution Maintain oversight of multiple initiatives, recognize risks early, and coordinate timely mitigation actions Chair routine progress meetings and deliver concise status information to leadership and stakeholder groups Create durable client relationships by monitoring changing needs and aligning on expected results Guide teams with different areas of expertise and reinforce a collaborative culture built on accountability Revisit scope, approved expenditure, and scheduling commitments with stakeholders when conditions require adjustment Advance delivery effectiveness by discovering process-improvement opportunities and implementing better working methods Enable team performance by helping contributors resolve difficult issues and eliminating impediments Protect agreed quality levels throughout planning, execution, and final project delivery Advise on staffing approaches and team composition according to the needs of each initiative Requirements A minimum of five years of applicable experience in engineering, technology delivery, or a similar technical context Two or more years in a senior, leadership, managerial, or ownership capacity Evidence of successfully overseeing work involving five or more full-time project contributors Comprehensive solution architecture expertise along with practical familiarity with Agentic AI approaches Experience developing Python scripts and awareness of fundamental artificial intelligence technologies Strong experience applying both project management and delivery management disciplines to varied projects Direct involvement in digital project delivery for technology-enabled initiatives Knowledge of cloud infrastructure delivery practices and management of related environments Background supporting marketing programs through digital marketing project management B2-level English or higher for confident professional communication Nice to have A certification aligned with product management responsibilities would be beneficial
