Night Shift Custodian

REQUIRED CRITERIA: Knowledge of cleaning procedures and ability to perform cleaning duties of buildings and grounds Ability to be self directed, show initiative, be dependable and assume responsibility Ability to report earlier to open building as needed Ability to move, receive, and store building supplies and materials Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50 to 60lbs Must be able to obtain a low pressure black seal boiler license with in 1 year of hire date PREFERRED CRITERIA: Experience working in a school setting Experience working around Elementary age students.

SALARY: $50,650.00
