Operations Officer

The Operations Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational management of security contracts, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with client requirements. The role involves coordinating security personnel, maintaining operational schedules, responding to incidents, liaising with staff, monitoring compliance with company policies and industry standards, and assisting with the resolution of operational issues.
