Hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment We make parts for some of the most well-known brands including John Deere, Toro, Caterpillar and Bad Boy Mowers! Learn valuable skills including machine operation, quality inspection, production processes, and the use of hand and power tools Supportive team environment focused on safety, training, and development What You'll Do Depending on the position and department assigned, responsibilities may include: Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production machinery Produce, inspect, trim, assemble, and finish molded plastic products Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete production tasks Follow work instructions, product specifications, and quality standards Perform quality inspections and identify defects or non-conforming products Package, label, and prepare products for shipment Work safely while maintaining productivity and efficiency Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Collaborate with teammates to meet production schedules and customer expectations What It Takes to Be Successful Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Willingness to learn new skills and work in a manufacturing environment Mechanical aptitude or interest in working with equipment and tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and safety requirements Flexibility to learn multiple workstations and manufacturing processes Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required What Success Looks Like Producing quality products that meet customer expectations Working safely and following established procedures Maintaining consistent productivity and attention to detail Supporting team goals and contributing to a positive work environment Continuously learning and developing new manufacturing skills What We Offer Competitive Pay Comprehensive Benefits Package Including: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Life and disability insurance Tuition reimbursement Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid time off Bonus opportunities Career development and advancement opportunities Stability with an industry-leading manufacturing company What We're Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older Dependable attendance and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to work safely and follow instructions Basic mechanical aptitude is helpful, but not required Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Pre-employment physical and drug screening required.
