Highway Maintenance Worker V - Resident Maintenance Foreman (61032025)

Oversees the work of maintenance crews to ensure productivity, quality, compliance with specifications, structural integrity of repairs, and adherence to safety policies and procedures. Works closely with the Resident Maintenance Engineer to implement management initiatives, support operational goals, and promote teamwork within the unit.

Manages and prioritizes workload by assigning work activities to foreman, securing necessary resources, and assisting with complex projects and problem resolution.  Schedules and coordinates work activities to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of assigned tasks.  Inspects work performed by crews and conducts follow-up inspections as needed....
