Operations: Oversee daily electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades. Optimization: Implement process improvements to maximize plant efficiency and reliability. Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance and production teams to resolve issues. Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

What You Offer Experience: Minimum 5 years as an industrial electrician, with supervisory experience preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient in PLCs, automation systems, and troubleshooting complex equipment.

Education

Interprovincial electrical license or post-secondary education is an asset. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
