Manufacturing Technician

Job Description Summary: Job Description: Key Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process of mass timber products. Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery and equipment for different production runs. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including sweeping, dusting, and disposing of waste materials.

Keep accurate records of production activities, including materials used, production output, and equipment maintenance. Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery. Basic computer skills for recording production data and operating machinery interfaces.
