What You’ll Do As an In-Home Supports DSP, you’ll work directly with individuals to help them build independence, stay connected to their community, and maintain a safe and fulfilling lifestyle.

Responsibilities

Assisting with daily living skills, personal care, and household tasks Supporting meal planning, grocery shopping, budgeting, and money management Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities Encouraging social, recreational, and community involvement Supporting health and wellness needs Helping individuals develop technology and digital literacy skills Completing required documentation and communicating with the individual’s support team Promoting independence, choice, dignity, and overall quality of life Available Part-Time Schedules Option Schedule Weekly Hours A Friday 4 PM–8 PM; Saturday & Sunday 10 AM–3 PM 14 hrs B Sunday–Wednesday 4 PM–8 PM 16 hrs C Wednesday–Saturday 3 PM–8 PM 20 hrs D Tuesday–Friday 3 PM–8 PM; Saturday 8 AM–2 PM 26 hrs E Sunday 10 AM–4 PM; Monday–Thursday 3 PM–8 PM 26 hrs F Monday–Wednesday 4 PM–7 PM; Saturday & Sunday 9 AM–1 PM 17 hrs Requirements High School Diploma or GED Valid driver’s license Reliable vehicle with adequate insurance Ability to safely transport individuals as needed Comfortable working independently and as part of a support team Ability to communicate effectively and complete required documentation Basic computer, smartphone, and technology skills Ability to complete all required agency training, including CPR, First Aid, PMT, and DDS Medication Administration Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved work-related travel.
