The Role. We are hiring motivated Inside Sales Representatives to support a variety of client programs across industries such as technology, energy, healthcare, and business services.This is a high-impact, sales role focused on engaging prospects, generating qualified opportunities, and driving revenue growth. What You’ll Do. Make outbound calls to prospective customers Qualify leads and identify customer needs. Schedule appointments or close sales based on campaign structure. Deliver a clear and compelling value proposition. Handle objections and navigate conversations with decision-makers. Accurately track activity and pipeline in CRM systems.

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. What We’re Looking For. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Competitive, goal-oriented mindset. High level of coachability and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required.

Compensation

& Benefits. Full-time W-2 position. Base salary + uncapped commission.
