Resort Banquet Setup (PM Shift) Job Description Location: The Lodge of Four Seasons, Lake Ozark, MO Job Summary The Resort Banquet Setup (PM Shift 2PM-11PM) is responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet rooms and equipment for events at the resort. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

$15.00 Plus Gratuity Tips Key Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications Ensure all equipment is in working order and properly placed Assist with loading and unloading equipment Break down banquet rooms and equipment after events Ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained Assist with inventory management Communicate with event coordinators and other staff to ensure smooth event execution Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in banquet setup preferred Ability to lift and move heavy equipment Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
