Job description
Specialist responsible for leading day-to-day building/portfolio technicians with troubleshooting all building system problems, performing repairs and inspecting systems to ensure proper maintenance. Support the Chief Building Technician by utilizing one or more specialized skills including, but not limited to electrical systems, HVAC, boilers/chillers, plumbing, etc.
