HR Executive

MSPS Athens, holding a leading position in the Integrated Marketing and Sales services sector, is seeking to recruit a dynamic & self-motivated HR Executive , to join the Human Resources team. Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to support both our HR operations and recruitment processes.

This dual-role position is perfect for someone eager to grow their career in human resources while gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition. You’ll play a key part in maintaining HR compliance, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and assisting our recruitment team in sourcing and onboarding top talent. Responsibilities

Identify and source recruitment channels and potential candidates. Manage job advertisements across professional sites, job platforms, social media & internal career pages. Conduct structured interviews, review resumes with ATS-integrated filters, build candidate shortlists, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience through each stage of the process.

Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Workable) in all levels. Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, from hiring through to offboarding. Manage all relevant employee data within our HRIS, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Advise employees on HR policies and respond to requests.

Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and collaborate actively in HR projects.

Requirements
