HR Executive

About the Role

We are looking for candidates having strong Human Resources skills and experience, especially in the IT and software industry. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-priority roles, while also managing the day-to-day employee experience—from welcoming new hires through engaging existing staff and managing offboarding.

Responsibilities

Participate in end-to-end recruitment for in-house requirements. Participate/manage job fairs and campus hiring events. Establish and reinforce a positive working environment. Work closely with the HR head to design and implement policies. Plan and implement office events. Oversee daily office/admin operations and ensure smooth functioning of it.

Coordinate and work with consultants (PF, CA, Recruitment agency, etc.) Requirements Bachelor's/Master’s degree. Proven work experience of 2 to 5 years as an HR Executive (experience in the IT domain would be an upper-hand). Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, resume databases and job boards.

Solid verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to meet the desired results.
