Obtelecare Director of Customer Onboarding

The Director of Customer Onboarding for Obtelecare is responsible for leading the implementation and onboarding of telehealth Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) programs for hospitals, health systems, and physician practices nationwide. This individual contributor role serves as the primary leader for customer onboarding activities, ensuring seamless implementation of virtual MFM services, clinical workflows, telehealth technology, provider integration, and operational readiness.

This role is responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, driving implementation excellence, reducing time-to-onboard, and ensuring customers realize the full value of Obtelecare's telehealth solutions.
