PA, PY-DE, PT, OM, ESS/MSS) Analyse, optimise, and further develop existing SAP HCM systems Take ownership of sub-projects or work packages after onboarding Configure and maintain personnel administration, payroll, and time management processes Provide remote and occasional on-site support to customers Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders ✅ Your Profile Must-have requirements: Hands-on experience with SAP HCM (especially PA, PY-DE and/or PT) German language skills (minimum B2 level) Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany (up to 20%) Junior: 0–2 years | Senior: 4+ years of SAP HCM experience Nice to have: SAP Success.
