Landscaping Crew Leader Full-Time | North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582 Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to oversee daily operations for a commercial landscape maintenance crew serving properties throughout the North Myrtle Beach area. This role is responsible for coordinating crew activities, maintaining high-quality service standards, ensuring safe work practices, and supporting the efficient completion of landscape maintenance projects.

The ideal candidate has hands-on commercial landscaping experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate team members while delivering exceptional results for clients. Candidates residing in North Myrtle Beach, Little River, Longs, Conway, Myrtle Beach, and surrounding Grand Strand communities are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a commercial landscaping crew on assigned properties Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, planting, and general landscape maintenance activities Inspect properties and monitor work quality to ensure company and client standards are met Train, mentor, and support crew members in proper landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures Load, inspect, operate, and help maintain landscaping equipment, tools, and materials Identify and report turf, plant health, irrigation, equipment, or property concerns to management Complete daily documentation, including time records, material usage, and work reports as required Maintain professional communication with crew members, supervisors, and clients Promote a positive, safety-focused work environment and ensure compliance with company policies Qualifications 3+ years of professional landscaping experience, preferably in commercial landscape maintenance 3+ years of previous crew leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred Working knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including plant care, pruning, fertilization, and turf management Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage daily crew productivity Commitment to delivering quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Valid driver's license required and clean driving record Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus Physical Requirements Qualified candidates must be able to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, including: Frequently lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and performing repetitive motions throughout the workday Operating landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively Working outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods
