We are searching for an experienced Mortgage Branch Manager, who will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a servant heart to our team of top-tier mortgage professionals.  This professional will work in a tight-knit, goal-oriented team where our Customers and Referral Partners can rely on them to ensure an accurate and timely closing process.  The Licensed Loan Officer’s primary function is the promotion and sale of Company loan products and services to potential customers.

• Develop relationships with external Loan Originators (Recruitment) • Strong leadership skills – Manage a team of Loan Originators • Support Loan Originators with motivation, training, and coaching
