Academic Advisor K-5

Starting Wage Range: $32.74/hr. - $42.16/hr. Create a successful environment that will promote the academic, social and individual development of elementary students and their families. Provide academic guidance and referral services to Tribal members and other AI/AN students at the local School Districts of Willamina and Sheridan. Monitor early academic growth, identify learning or attendance barriers, and coordinate support plans for elementary students in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade.

This position’s primary design is to work directly with students, families, school staff and leadership alongside other Tribal departments to support the holistic academic success of Indigenous youth.
