Night (Nurse) Supervisor

This position reports to the Director of Care and ensures a resident centered care approach, ensures the provision of all care services meet regulation and best practices. This position is responsible for the nursing team in each home area, and for strong relationships between HMLTC and residents/families.  

Reporting to the Director of Care, the Night Supervisor is accountable to provide professional nursing care to residents and supervise care given by RNs, RPNs & PSWs. The Night Supervisor will ensure residents receive excellent care and services, while ensuring operational excellence for each resident home area. The Night Supervisor will lead the nursing team with care activities, ensure completion of all documentation and will be a key liaison for all residents and family members.
