Parts Counter Location: Chattanooga, TN, 37421 Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Counter. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles or equipment Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and resolving any issues or concerns Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that parts are properly stocked and organized Process parts orders, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and tracking orders Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient parts department operation Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a parts counter or automotive industry preferred Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers Attention to detail and the ability to accurately process orders and maintain inventory records Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
