Physician Orthopedic Surgery - Part Time

Provide the full scope of clinical and surgical services within orthopedic field of training. See patients for clinical and surgical services. Educate patients and patients' families on preventative care.

This position will be a part of the PCMH team when specified by the patient’s needs. Comprehensive care including care coordination and self-management building skills to promote better outcomes for patients will be provided. As part of the team, there will be an emphasis on disease prevention and wellness, as well as being included in the treatment of acute and chronic diseases.
