Join us and become a member of Belgrade Waterfront team as: CONTROLLING SPECIALIST ROLE SUMMARY: We are looking for a Controlling Specialist who will play an important role in financial planning, budgeting, business performance analysis, and management reporting processes.

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing financial analyses, reports, and recommendations that support informed business decision-making and contribute to the improvement of overall business performance. We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented professional who can transform complex financial data into clear and actionable insights.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of supporting the achievement of company objectives through high-quality financial analysis and recommendations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and financial forecasts Analyze business performance, costs, and profitability Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular management reports Analyze variances between planned and actual results and propose corrective actions to improve performance Monitor cash flows and support liquidity planning processes Participate in the preparation of business plans, investment analyses, and financial models Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes Collaborate with various business functions to improve operational efficiency and business results QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or similar roles Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in financial modeling Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting processes, and business performance analysis Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Professional working proficiency in English SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proactive approach, attention to detail, and a high level of accountability Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable business insights Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams WHAT WE OFFER: A professional and supportive work environment Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development Involvement in significant business and financial projects Collaboration with an experienced team and management A competitive compensation and benefits package If you are confident that you meet the above requirements and you are interested in developing your career in a dynamic international organization, please send your application.
