Job description

Become a part of a contemporary culture that celebrates individuality, creativity, and teamwork! We are redefining the essence of hospitality and are looking for energetic, down-to-earth team players who thrive by making genuine connections, crafting experiences, and fostering good vibes. About MOLLIE MOLLIE is a boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Aspen, shaped by two chapters of the town's history: the silver-boom exuberance that built it, and the postwar modernists who remade it as a place for ideas, design, and the outdoors.

Designed by award-winning studio Post Company through a subtle lens of contemporary Scandinavian and Japanese design, MOLLIE feels residential and considered: natural woods, earthen ceramics, slabs of stone, and hand-dyed textiles drawn from Aspen and the wider West. MOLLIE is home to Petit Trois, Chef Ludo Lefebvre's French bistro and its first location outside Los Angeles.

Together with the lobby and bar, it welcomes guests and locals alike from morning coffee to evening cocktails, and the rooftop bar and pool look out to the surrounding mountains, a rare view in downtown Aspen. Our idea of luxury is understated: warmth and conviviality, a reduction of excess, and an exacting attention to detail, without pretension.

Our guests are well traveled, curious, and discerning, and they return because our team knows their names and how they take their cocktail. We look for people who share that spirit: confident but humble, sincere and direct, and happiest when service feels like an invitation rather than an obligation. Job Description: As part of the MOLLIE team, the Dreamweaver plays a pivotal role in crafting immersive guest experiences that capture the essence of Aspen’s adventurous spirit.

The Dreamweaver leads the vision behind a dynamic and ever-evolving calendar of weekly programming—each offering a chance for guests to discover, connect, and be inspired. From yoga sessions and hands-on candle pouring workshops to the tactile beauty of plant dyeing, or whimsical dog portrait sessions, each experience is more than an activity—it’s a story waiting to unfold.

The Dreamweaver’s passion for hospitality and innovation will spark unforgettable moments that linger long after checkout—whether it’s a restorative sound bath in the MOLLIE Weaving Room, hosting an energizing Pilates boot camp, creating collaborations with international brands for one-of-a-kind retail pop-ups, or organizing intimate live music sets, the Dreamweaver has the opportunity to dream up and craft experiences that stretch beyond our walls into the heart of Aspen and wherever the imagination dares to wander.

No idea is too simple or too grand—this is a role for a visionary experience-maker who sees the possibility in every detail. When a guest partakes in a program the Dreamweaver created and is asked what their favorite part of their trip to Aspen was, the answer will be easy. Become the Dreamweaver at MOLLIE Aspen by bringing people together to share an experience and leave inspired.
