Human Resource Assistant

Summary: This role is essential to the efficient and compliant operation of the HR function, ensuring accurate management of employee data, seamless coordination of recruitment activities, and a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Responsibilities

Maintain secure and accurate digital employee records in compliance with data protection standards. Coordinate recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews, sending communications, and preparing materials. Lead onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all pre-arrival and first-day processes are completed efficiently.

Process and file HR documentation such as employment agreements, policy acknowledgments, and compliance forms. Provide timely, accurate responses to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures.

Requirements

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data privacy and confidentiality. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and standard office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. Clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities.

0–2 years of experience in HR support, administrative, or office coordination roles; experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus. Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate effectively within a team.
