Job description

Job Title: Technical Lead – SharePoint Online, Power Platform & Copilot Studio (Microsoft 365, SPFx, Power Apps) Experience Required: 10-15 Years Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio
  • Provide technical leadership, hands-on SharePoint Online administration/development, Power Apps and Power Automate delivery, Copilot Studio agent enablement, governance, integrations, production support, documentation, and team mentoring
  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery and support for SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 collaboration, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio-based solutions
  • Work with business users, analysts, architects, and application owners to understand requirements and translate them into solution designs, technical tasks, and delivery plans
  • Design and implement SharePoint Online sites, hub sites, lists, libraries, pages, content types, metadata, search, permissions, site lifecycle, retention, and governance patterns
  • Lead development of SPFx web parts/extensions, reusable components, and integrations using TypeScript, React, JavaScript, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and approved development standards
  • Configure and deliver Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, connectors, approvals, forms, workflow automation, and Power Platform environment governance
  • Build, configure, and support Copilot Studio agents grounded in SharePoint knowledge sources, including SharePoint sites/lists, authentication, permission-aware content access, and deployment support
  • Support Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio adoption use cases including self-help agents, FAQ automation, knowledge retrieval, and standard provisioning guidance
  • Provide technical leadership for migrations, modernization, legacy component remediation, Info. Path/SharePoint Designer replacement, workflow conversion, and Power Platform monitoring
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint Online, Power Platform, SPFx, Graph API, permissions, workflow, connector, Copilot Studio agent, and Microsoft 365 integration issues
  • Review code/configuration, guide developers, perform peer reviews, validate security/access controls, and ensure solutions follow governance and release management standards
  • Prepare technical design documents, SOPs, runbooks, deployment guides, release notes, knowledge articles, support handover documents, and operational dashboards
  • Participate in incident, problem, service request, change, release, and knowledge management processes and drive continuous improvement for collaboration services
  • Communicate effectively with business users, customer stakeholders, architects, service owners, technical teams, and support teams
  • Lead technical resources, assign tasks, perform peer reviews, support estimates, and deliver work as per agreed timelines Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10-15 years of IT experience with strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 collaboration, and Power Platform implementation/support
  • Strong SharePoint Online experience including site architecture, information architecture, permissions, governance, search, metadata, content types, lists, libraries, and lifecycle management
  • Hands-on experience in SPFx development using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and modern development practices
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, connectors, approvals, workflow automation, and Power Platform solution lifecycle management
  • Experience with Copilot Studio agent configuration, SharePoint knowledge grounding, publishing/deployment support, testing, responsible AI/governance controls, and user adoption support is preferred
  • Experience with SharePoint migration, modernization, workflow conversion, Power Platform monitoring, and Microsoft 365 application support is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, sensitivity labels, data loss prevention, access management, and permission-based content access is preferred
  • Experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub, source control, CI/CD awareness, release management, and support documentation
  • Experience in utility, regulated enterprise, SaaS governance, or managed services environments is preferred
  • Ability to lead technical resources, assign tasks, perform peer reviews, support estimates, and deliver work as per agreed timelines Technical Skills

  • Copilot Studio: agent creation/configuration, SharePoint knowledge sources, authentication awareness, topic/action design, publishing/testing, and operational support
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot and SharePoint agents awareness, permission-aware knowledge retrieval, user adoption, and self-help automation patterns
  • Power Platform ALM, solution packaging, environment strategy, governance, DLP policy awareness, and monitoring/reporting concepts
  • Azure DevOps/GitHub, source control, branching, peer reviews, release management, deployment validation, and technical documentation
  • Microsoft 365 security and compliance: permissions, sensitivity labels, DLP awareness, audit support, and secure handling of client data
  • ITIL-based incident, problem, service request, change, release, and knowledge management processes• Basic understanding of Azure services, Entra ID, app registrations, API permissions, and integration troubleshooting
