Insurance & Contracts Specialist

The Insurance and Contracts Specialist supports CCC’s insurance program and manages the review, approval, and lifecycle of a portfolio of contracts, serving as liaison to departments, vendors, and external parties. Claims occur most frequently in the areas of, professional liability, automobile liability, general liability, employment practices, and, workers’ compensation, and first-party property claims.

The Claim and Insurance staff manage claims in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and pursuant to the delegations granted to the division as directed by the General Counsel. This role handles confidential and sensitive information for CCC.
